Placeholder, to be completed before launch. The substance:
We request permission to read and write your products, and nothing else. We cannot see your orders or your customers.
Generated listings are encrypted to your key before they are written. We store the ciphertext and cannot read it. Losing your recovery phrase means losing your history, and support cannot recover it.
Prompts and completions are never stored. We record token counts, latency and status, and there is no screen anywhere in our system that can display your text.
One narrowing, stated plainly: when you push a listing to your store, your browser decrypts it and sends it through us to Shopify. It exists in our server's memory for that one request and is never written down. There is no way to publish text without it passing through, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise.
Optimising a listing requires sending it to our model provider, Anthropic, under their API terms. No architecture changes that, and we do not claim otherwise.
Cancel, and your content is hard-deleted 30 days later.
